Job Summary

A company is looking for a Contract Recruiter to lead the recruitment process for operational positions.

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates through various channels and maintain a pipeline of qualified talent
• Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates to ensure alignment with job requirements
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle and collaborate with hiring managers on workforce needs

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably in an operational environment
• Experience sourcing for maintenance, construction, logistics, or similar roles
• Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS systems, specifically Greenhouse
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously
