Job Summary

A company is looking for a Recruiter (Contract) to identify and engage top-tier talent for executive-level opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain strategic relationships with hiring managers to understand hiring needs
• Conduct comprehensive searches for qualified candidates using advanced sourcing techniques
• Screen applicants and maintain accurate employment records and recruitment documentation

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of talent sourcing experience, with at least 4 years in executive-level recruitment
• Experience recruiting engineering talent in technology sectors, especially enterprise software and AI/ML
• Proven track record of hiring business, product, and engineering executives
• Bachelor's degree in human resources or equivalent training required
• Executive search experience with both search firms and client-side executive search preferred
