Job Summary

A company is looking for a Recruiter (Contract) to identify and engage top-tier executive talent within the technology sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and business objectives
• Conduct comprehensive searches for qualified executive candidates using various sourcing techniques
• Participate in full-cycle executive hiring processes, including screening and interview coordination

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of talent sourcing experience, with at least 4 years focused on executive-level recruitment
• Experience recruiting engineering talent in the technology sector, preferably in enterprise software or AI/ML
• Proven track record in hiring business, product, and engineering executives
• Bachelor's degree in human resources or equivalent training required
• Experience with executive search firms and client-side executive search initiatives is preferred
