Contract Recruiter

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Contract Recruiter (6+ month contract).

Key Responsibilities

• Hire a high volume of non-clinical talent driven by various sourcing methods
• Optimize recruiting strategies for non-clinical and frontline hires aligned with health plan contracts
• Collaborate with the recruiting team and stakeholders to achieve hiring objectives and adapt to changing needs

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of recruiting experience, including at least 1 year in a high-volume environment
• Experience in high-growth or startup organizations
• Proven ability to manage end-to-end recruiting processes and develop strategies to meet hiring plans
• Prior experience with Greenhouse is highly desired
• Healthcare recruiting experience in a startup environment is preferred
