Job Summary

A company is looking for a Contract Recruiter to support hiring across Technical and Commercial functions on a temporary basis.

Key Responsibilities

• Support full-cycle recruiting for Technical and Commercial/GTM roles
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and interview plans
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines through various sourcing methods

Required Qualifications

• 1-3 years of recruiting or talent coordination experience, preferably in a high-growth B2B SaaS or technology environment
• Exposure to hiring for Technical and/or Commercial/GTM roles
• Comfortable navigating technical conversations and assessing role requirements
• Proactive and detail-oriented with a desire to learn and grow in recruiting
• Passionate about building diverse, high-performing teams
