Job Summary

A company is looking for a Contract Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruitment efforts nationwide.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruiting for multiple open roles simultaneously
• Drive high-volume hiring efforts across key roles in operations
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and sourcing strategies

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle, high-volume in-house recruiting experience
• Experience recruiting for niche industries and/or entry-level roles preferred
• Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities
• Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with recruiting tools and ATS platforms
• Must be based in the United States, with PST-based candidates preferred
