Key Responsibilities:

• Own the full lifecycle recruiting and partner with hiring teams
• Leverage AI to audit and improve hiring workflows and interview processes
• Conduct talent analysis and develop recruiting strategies for sourcing and candidate engagement

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of full-cycle technical or go-to-market recruiting experience
• Experience in leveraging social media and innovative methods to attract candidates
• Proven track record of directly sourcing and closing candidates
• Ability to develop creative approaches to candidate delivery
• Strong analytical skills to measure and scale recruiting workflows
