Key Responsibilities

• Support the hiring of 15+ critical positions tied to growth initiatives and strategic priorities
• Manage candidate pipelines, coordinate interviews, and ensure a seamless candidate experience
• Collaborate with leadership to fill specialized roles in competitive talent markets

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in professional or financial services
• Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment
• Strong experience with applicant tracking systems, preferably Greenhouse
• Experience with proactive sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter
• Executive presence with the ability to communicate effectively with senior leadership
