Job Summary

A company is looking for a Contract Recruiter to support full-cycle recruiting on a temporary basis.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for technical and non-technical roles
• Proactively identify and engage top talent through various sourcing methods
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in the software or technology industry
• Proven track record of filling both technical and non-technical roles
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms
• Experience with ATS platforms, specifically Greenhouse, Goodtime, and VicTig
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously
