Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting in Go-To-Market or Sales
• Working knowledge of technical concepts such as programming languages and system architecture
• Proven success sourcing and hiring for hard-to-fill roles in fast-paced tech organizations
• Experience using applicant tracking systems and translating data into actionable insights
• Passion for building diverse teams and fostering equity throughout the hiring process
