• Research talent markets and develop talent pipelines while enhancing recruiting processes and best practices

Required Qualifications

• Proven success in full-cycle recruiting, preferably in startup or technology environments
• Ability to build trust and credibility with hiring teams and stakeholders
• Fast learner who adapts quickly in a competitive, fast-paced market
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus
• Strong focus on results and commitment to goals
