Required Qualifications

• Ten or more years of experience in leadership or executive searches
• Five or more years of experience building knowledge workflows and repositories
• Five or more years of hands-on expertise in recruiting and talent intelligence systems
• Deep understanding of executive talent markets and competitive dynamics
• Proficiency with recruiting and talent intelligence platforms and tools
