Job Summary

A company is looking for a Contract Recruiter to support high impact hiring efforts for call center and operational teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive full cycle recruiting efforts for high volume call center and operational roles
• Conduct frequent phone screens and interviews to evaluate candidate skills and alignment
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing methods

Qualifications

• Two to three years of recruiting experience in high volume customer service or call center hiring
• Prior exposure to financial services, banking, or mortgage environments is preferred
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced setting
• Strong working knowledge of applicant tracking systems and recruiting workflows
