Job Summary
Seeking a motivated Contract Recruiter for a 90-day remote role, who will manage the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and maintaining a pipeline of qualified talent to support the company's growth in public safety solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Source and attract candidates through various channels, including job boards and social media
- Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates for skills, experience, and cultural fit
- Ensure a positive candidate experience and maintain communication with all stakeholders throughout the recruitment process
Required qualifications
- Five years of full cycle recruiting experience in a corporate setting
- At least two years of technical recruiting experience with a thorough understanding of technology roles
- Experience with applicant tracking systems and HR databases
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proficient understanding of recruiting methods and applicable employment laws and regulations
