Job Summary

Supporting APAC recruitment efforts, the remote Contract Recruiter will manage the full life cycle of recruiting for key positions, collaborating with hiring managers to develop effective strategies and sourcing techniques.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full life cycle of the recruiting process for open positions
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and create effective recruitment strategies
• Build strong relationships with hiring managers and key influencers while enhancing the candidate experience

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in the recruiting industry with full life cycle recruiting expertise
• Bilingual in English and Japanese, Cantonese, Mandarin, or Vietnamese
• Proficiency in MS Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Experience recruiting in APAC and knowledge of innovative sourcing techniques
