Contract Recruiter

Job Summary

Working remotely from Japan or Hong Kong, the Contract Recruiter will manage the full life cycle of recruiting for key positions, partnering with hiring managers to develop effective recruitment strategies and sourcing top talent across the APAC region.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full life cycle of the recruiting process for open positions
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and create effective recruitment strategies
• Utilize innovative sourcing techniques to attract and engage top candidates

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in the recruiting industry
• Proven experience with full life cycle recruiting
• Bilingual in English and Japanese, Cantonese, Mandarin, or Vietnamese
• Located in Tokyo or Hong Kong, with proficiency in recruiting within the APAC region
