Contract Recruiter

Job Summary

To support talent acquisition efforts in the APAC region, the remote Contract Recruiter will manage the full life cycle of recruiting for key positions, collaborating with hiring managers to develop effective strategies and utilizing innovative sourcing techniques to attract top talent.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full life cycle of the recruiting process for open positions
• Partner with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and create effective recruitment strategies
• Stay current on industry trends and technology to enhance recruitment practices

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in the recruiting industry with full life cycle recruiting expertise
• Must be bilingual in English and either Japanese, Cantonese, Mandarin, or Vietnamese
• Experience with creative and innovative sourcing techniques
• Must be located in Tokyo or Hong Kong and willing to work with a global team
