Job Summary

Working remotely from Japan or Hong Kong, the Contract Recruiter will manage the full life cycle of recruitment for key positions, collaborating with hiring managers to develop effective sourcing strategies and ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full life cycle of the recruiting process for open positions
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and create effective recruitment strategies
• Utilize innovative sourcing techniques to attract and retain top talent

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in the recruiting industry
• Experience with the full life cycle recruiting process
• Bilingual in English and Japanese, Cantonese, Mandarin, or Vietnamese
• Proficient in recruiting within the APAC region
