Contract Recruiter

Job Summary

To support talent acquisition in the APAC region, the contract-based Contract Recruiter will manage the full recruiting life cycle, collaborate with hiring managers to develop effective recruitment strategies, and utilize innovative sourcing techniques, all while working remotely from Japan or Hong Kong.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full life cycle of the recruiting process for open positions
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and create effective recruitment strategies
• Utilize innovative sourcing techniques to attract top candidates and enhance candidate experience

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in the recruiting industry with full life cycle recruiting expertise
• Bilingual in English and Japanese, Cantonese, Mandarin, or Vietnamese
• Proficient in MS Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Experience recruiting in the APAC region, particularly for project managers or engineers, is a plus
