Contract Recruiter

Job Summary

Supporting APAC on a contract basis, the Contract Recruiter will manage the full life cycle of recruiting, collaborate with hiring managers to develop effective strategies, and utilize innovative sourcing techniques to attract top talent while working remotely from Japan or Hong Kong.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full life cycle of the recruiting process for open positions
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and create effective recruitment strategies
• Utilize innovative sourcing techniques to attract and retain top talent

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in the recruiting industry
• Proven experience with the full life cycle recruiting process
• Bilingual in English and Japanese, Cantonese, Mandarin, or Vietnamese
• Proficient in recruiting in the APAC region
