Contract Recruiter

Job Summary

To support recruitment efforts across the APAC region, the remote Contract Recruiter will manage the full life cycle of the recruiting process, collaborating with hiring managers to develop effective strategies for attracting and retaining top talent.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage the full life cycle of the recruiting process for open positions
• Work with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and create effective recruitment strategies
• Determine the best avenues for sourcing candidates and provide strategic partnership throughout the selection process

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in the recruiting industry
• Proven experience with the full life cycle recruiting process
• Bilingual in English and Japanese, Cantonese, Mandarin, or Vietnamese
• Must be located in Tokyo or Hong Kong
