Job Summary

To support rapid hiring across technical and go-to-market teams, the full-time Contract Recruiter will partner with hiring managers to identify and engage exceptional talent, manage the candidate experience, and drive efficient hiring processes in a fully remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop sourcing strategies
• Source and engage high-quality candidates through various recruiting efforts
• Manage candidates throughout the interview process and ensure a positive candidate experience

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
• Experience recruiting for technical, product, AI/ML, or go-to-market roles
• Ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Proactive and resourceful with a track record of filling difficult roles
• Strong organizational skills and familiarity with ATS for tracking recruiting activities
