Contract Recruiter

Job Summary

To support recruitment efforts in the APAC region, the contract Contract Recruiter will manage the full life cycle of recruiting processes, collaborate with hiring managers to develop effective strategies, and utilize innovative sourcing techniques, all while working remotely from Japan or Hong Kong.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full life cycle of the recruiting process for open positions
• Work with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and create effective recruitment strategies
• Provide strategic thought partnership to hiring managers throughout the candidate selection process

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in the recruiting industry
• Proven experience with the full life cycle recruiting process
• Bilingual in English and Japanese, Cantonese, Mandarin, or Vietnamese
• Must be located in Tokyo or Hong Kong
