Job Summary

Supporting APAC recruitment efforts, the remote Contract Recruiter will manage the full life cycle of the recruiting process, collaborating with hiring managers to develop effective strategies for attracting and retaining top talent.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full life cycle of the recruiting process for open positions
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and create effective recruitment strategies
• Utilize innovative sourcing techniques to attract top candidates and enhance the candidate experience

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in the recruiting industry with full life cycle recruiting expertise
• Bilingual in English and either Japanese, Cantonese, Mandarin, or Vietnamese
• Proficient in recruiting within the APAC region
• Experience hiring for project managers, engineers, or within the entertainment industry is a plus
