Contract Recruiter

Job Summary

Working remotely in Japan or Hong Kong, the Contract Recruiter will manage the full life cycle of recruiting for key positions, collaborating with hiring managers to develop effective strategies and sourcing top talent in the APAC region.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full life cycle of the recruiting process for open positions
• Partner with hiring managers to understand their needs and create effective recruitment strategies
• Develop innovative sourcing techniques and build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in the recruiting industry with full life cycle recruiting expertise
• Bilingual in English and Japanese, Cantonese, Mandarin, or Vietnamese
• Proficient in MS Office Products and knowledgeable in creative sourcing techniques
• Located in Tokyo or Hong Kong and able to work with a global team
