Contract Recruiter

Job Summary

Supporting high-volume hiring for early-in-profession technical roles, the contract Recruiter will source, screen, and engage candidates while collaborating with hiring teams to ensure an excellent candidate experience in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for corporate and sales roles, from sourcing to offer and close
• Source and screen candidates for entry-level positions, assessing skills and experience
• Manage candidate communication and support interview coordination and progression through the hiring process

Required qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in recruiting, sourcing, or talent acquisition
• Experience in high-volume recruiting environments, particularly for technical roles
• Familiarity with recruiting tools or applicant tracking systems
• Experience supporting early-in-profession hiring, including internships and entry-level positions
• Strong communication and organizational skills
