Contract Recruiter

Job Summary

Supporting high-volume hiring for early-in-profession security and technical roles, the contract Recruiter will manage full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and candidate engagement, while working remotely for a duration of 5 months.

Key responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for early-in-profession security and technical roles from sourcing through offer and close
• Source and identify candidates for security-focused roles using various channels
• Partner with hiring teams to manage candidate communication and progression throughout the hiring process

Required qualifications

• 5-7 years of recruiting, sourcing, or talent acquisition experience
• Experience in full-cycle recruiting for security roles, including cybersecurity and cloud security
• Proven background in high-volume recruiting environments
• Experience supporting early-in-profession/university hiring
• Familiarity with recruiting tools or applicant tracking systems
