Contract Recruiter

Job Summary

Supporting high-volume and niche hiring for early-in-profession AI/ML and technical roles, the contract Recruiter will manage full-cycle recruiting processes, including sourcing, screening, and candidate engagement, while working remotely for a duration of 5 months.

Key responsibilities:

• Own full-cycle recruiting for AI/ML and technical roles from sourcing through offer and close
• Source and assess candidates, focusing on AI/ML, data, and applied science talent
• Partner with hiring teams to manage candidate communication and progression throughout the hiring process

Required qualifications:

• 5-7 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience
• Experience in full-cycle recruiting for AI/ML, data science, or technical roles
• Background in high-volume recruiting environments
• Experience supporting early-in-profession or university hiring
• Familiarity with recruiting tools or applicant tracking systems
