Job Summary
To support a high-volume talent acquisition team, the contract Recruiter will manage full-cycle recruiting for early-in-profession corporate and sales roles, focusing on sourcing, screening, and closing candidates while working remotely for a duration of 5 months.
Key responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruiting for early-career corporate and sales roles, from sourcing through offer and close
- Source and identify candidates using various channels, including LinkedIn and applicant tracking systems
- Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to assess hiring needs and manage candidate communication throughout the hiring process
Required qualifications
- 5 to 7 years of recruiting, sourcing, or talent acquisition experience
- Experience in high-volume recruiting environments and supporting early-in-profession hiring
- Proven ability to manage candidates through the full recruiting lifecycle
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
- Strong ability to identify and engage candidates using multiple sourcing channels
