Job Summary

Driving full-cycle recruiting for early-in-profession hardware engineering and supply chain roles, the part-time Contract Recruiter will source, screen, and manage candidates in a fast-paced, remote environment while collaborating with hiring managers and stakeholders to enhance the candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for hardware engineering and supply chain roles, from sourcing to offer acceptance
• Screen and assess candidates for technical skills and role alignment across various disciplines
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for early-career positions, including internships and entry-level roles

Required qualifications

• 5 to 7 years of recruiting, sourcing, or talent acquisition experience
• Experience in high-volume recruiting environments, particularly for technical roles
• Proven ability to manage full-cycle recruiting processes and candidate engagement
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field preferred
• Strong understanding of hardware and operations role profiles, including NPI and manufacturing
