Job Summary

Owning the full-cycle recruitment process, the 1099 Contract Recruiter will operate remotely for a 6-month term, focusing on filling diverse roles across technical, commercial, product, operations, and data science disciplines while collaborating closely with executive leadership and hiring managers.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for a variety of roles, ensuring high-quality talent acquisition
• Conduct intake meetings with hiring managers to align on candidate profiles and maintain feedback loops
• Coach interview panels on best practices and facilitate coordination with offshore recruiters for a seamless hiring experience

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with a proven track record in niche and hard-to-fill roles
• High emotional intelligence and exceptional communication skills for stakeholder management
• Strong organizational skills and operational acumen in talent acquisition processes
• Ability to work independently while fostering cross-functional communication
• Experience in health tech, life sciences, or data science is a plus but not required
