Contract Recruiter

Job Summary

To support hiring at a rapidly growing SaaS company, the part-time Contract Recruiter will manage the full-cycle recruiting process for various technical and business roles, partnering with hiring managers and utilizing AI-powered tools to enhance candidate engagement and sourcing efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle recruiting process from intake through offer acceptance
• Partner with hiring managers to develop and implement effective recruiting strategies
• Proactively source talent using LinkedIn Recruiter and other channels while ensuring a positive candidate experience

Required qualifications

• 2-3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a high-growth SaaS or technology environment
• Hands-on experience with Greenhouse Applicant Tracking System
• Strong expertise in using LinkedIn Recruiter and modern sourcing strategies
• Experience with AI tools to enhance recruiting workflows (strongly preferred)
• Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously
