Job Summary
Experienced Talent Acquisition Recruiters will find a remote contract opportunity focused on end-to-end recruiting for specialized technical domains, managing both high-volume event hiring and traditional requisition-based hiring while partnering with engineering leaders.
Key responsibilities
- Demonstrate full-cycle recruiting expertise including sourcing, interviewing, and closing candidates
- Strategically position the organization's strengths to effectively close offers with top technical candidates
- Use data and metrics to identify talent gaps and advise on hiring strategies
Required qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of full-cycle talent acquisition experience
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred
- Proven experience recruiting in engineering domains such as AI & Machine Learning, Data Center, and Security
- Strong understanding of talent markets and candidate profiles within technical disciplines
- Demonstrated knowledge of employment law and hiring compliance practices
