Job Summary

Partnering closely with hiring managers, the Contract Recruiter will manage full-cycle recruitment for corporate positions in technology, corporate, and creative functions on a hybrid schedule in Midtown Manhattan.

Key responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for corporate positions across various business functions
• Source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, and other recruiting tools
• Provide regular updates to hiring teams on candidate pipelines and recruiting progress

Required qualifications

• 3-5+ years of full-cycle corporate recruiting experience, preferably in-house
• Experience recruiting for corporate functions, particularly technology talent
• Strong sourcing skills with proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and build relationships with stakeholders
• Experience in retail, consumer products, or luxury industries is a plus
