Job Summary

Supporting hiring efforts for customer service and operational teams, the remote Contract Recruiter will lead full cycle recruiting, develop candidate pipelines, and conduct screenings to ensure timely hiring outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead full cycle recruiting efforts for customer service and operational roles
• Develop and maintain strong candidate pipelines through sourcing and outreach
• Conduct phone screenings and interviews to evaluate candidates' alignment with role expectations

Required qualifications

• 2 to 3 years of recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment, focusing on high volume hiring
• Experience supporting call center, customer service, or operational roles, with a preference for financial services or banking
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and maintaining accurate recruitment data
• Strong communication and organizational skills to manage competing priorities
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships and deliver a positive candidate experience
