Contract Recruiter

Job Summary

To support full-cycle recruiting for various roles, the part-time Contract Recruiter will manage the recruiting process from kickoff to offer acceptance, ensuring a strong candidate experience while working remotely in the US.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to support recruiting efforts for both technical and non-technical roles
• Own the end-to-end recruiting process, including sourcing, screening, and moving candidates through the pipeline
• Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand role requirements and team needs

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably within a SaaS environment
• Proven ability to manage the full recruiting lifecycle independently
• Experience hiring for both technical and non-technical roles
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple open requisitions simultaneously
• Based in the United States
