Contract Recruiter

Job Summary

To support Microsoft's hiring needs, the contract Recruiter will work remotely to identify, engage, and hire top talent while collaborating with hiring managers to ensure a seamless candidate experience from outreach through onboarding.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and priorities
• Source qualified candidates through various channels and conduct interviews to assess fit
• Consult with hiring managers throughout the recruitment process to align on candidate profiles and decisions

Required qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in a recruiting or customer service role
• Experience recruiting for corporate functions or General & Administrative (G&A) roles
• Proficiency in reviewing resumes and conducting phone screens
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Preferred experience in recruiting for roles within Human Resources, Finance, or Engineering
