Contract Recruiter

Job Summary

To support a leading Government Contractor, the fully remote Contract Recruiter will manage full lifecycle recruiting activities, including candidate sourcing, screening, and offer negotiation for cleared positions.

Key responsibilities

• Perform full lifecycle recruiting activities, from sourcing to closing candidates
• Evaluate and implement new sourcing methodologies to build a strong candidate pool
• Collaborate with hiring managers to promote effective hiring practices and track recruiting activities

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 3 years of full lifecycle recruiting experience, preferably in a government contracting environment
• Experience recruiting for cleared positions within the DoD and Intelligence community
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems, such as Workday Recruiting
• Ability to develop large-scale recruiting strategies and use effective sourcing methodologies
