Contract Recruiter

Job Summary

To manage full-cycle talent acquisition for both technical and non-technical roles, the part-time Contract Recruiter will work remotely for approximately five months, focusing on building relationships, sourcing candidates, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Perform full-cycle recruitment for technical and operational positions, including sourcing and interviewing candidates
• Collaborate with hiring managers to develop structured interview processes and ensure teams are prepared for interviews
• Maintain candidate data integrity in the ATS and provide a positive experience for all candidates interacting with the team

Required qualifications

• BA/BS/CS or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience in in-house environments, with at least 3 years in technical recruitment
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and Greenhouse
• Experience in robotics, IoT, industrial automation, or related industries
• Strong ability to connect with and assess candidates across various levels and roles
