Contract Recruiter

Job Summary

Owning the full-cycle recruitment process for Digital Court Reporter positions, the remote Contract Recruiter will partner with hiring managers to attract and hire top talent while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience in a contract role expected to last approximately 6 months.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including screening, interviewing, and presenting candidates to hiring managers
• Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, ensuring a professional and engaging experience throughout the hiring process
• Track recruiting metrics and maintain accurate records within the Applicant Tracking System (Lever)

Required qualifications

• Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably in high-volume hiring environments
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple concurrent searches
• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems, particularly Lever
• Ability to effectively communicate with candidates and hiring teams
• Familiarity with various sourcing channels, including job boards and social media platforms
