Contract Recruiter

Job Summary

Seeking a proactive, relationship-focused Contract Recruiter to provide part-time remote recruiting support across the Plumbing & Refrigeration Group, managing the full recruiting lifecycle and collaborating with hiring managers to fill professional-level positions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage assigned searches through the full recruiting lifecycle, from intake and sourcing to offer acceptance
• Partner with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to clarify position requirements and recruiting strategies
• Proactively identify and engage qualified candidates through various sourcing channels

Required qualifications

• Three or more years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a corporate or agency environment
• Demonstrated success using proactive sourcing methods
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities with limited supervision
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
• Availability to work a flexible part-time schedule aligned with recruiting needs
