Contract Recruiter

Job Summary

Working remotely on a part-time basis, the Contract Recruiter will provide strategic recruiting support, managing full-cycle recruiting processes and developing sourcing strategies to attract exceptional talent across technology, product, design, and business functions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruiting processes, including intake, sourcing, screening, and onboarding
• Partner with hiring managers and clients to define role requirements and develop targeted recruiting strategies
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines through various sourcing tools and networks, ensuring a strong candidate experience

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in technology, consulting, staffing, or professional services
• Experience managing full-cycle recruiting processes and strong sourcing skills
• Ability to identify passive candidates and recruit technical and specialized talent
• Strong consultative approach with experience partnering with executives and hiring managers
• Proficiency in managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, remote environment
