Job Summary

Joining the People Team as a full-time Contract Recruiter, the successful candidate will cultivate relationships with hiring managers, execute and enhance the recruitment process, and provide strategic talent advisement while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Cultivating relationships with managers to identify and deliver exceptional candidates for open positions
• Executing and reconstructing the recruitment process to establish best practices
• Advising on market trends and competitive analysis to develop tailored hiring strategies

Required qualifications

• Over 5 years of progressive recruitment experience
• Proven ability to navigate challenges in sourcing and recruiting
• Experience with Workday and familiarity with Paradox is a major differentiator
• Strong affinity for data and its application in recruitment success
• Knowledge of labor market trends and a commitment to professional growth
