Contract Recruiter

Job Summary

To support business priorities, the remote Contract Recruiter will manage full life cycle recruitment for assigned roles, collaborating with Hiring Managers and HR partners to develop effective hiring strategies and enhance the candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted talent advisor by developing proactive hiring strategies aligned with business objectives
• Drive a best-in-class candidate experience by managing stakeholder communications and improving the hiring journey
• Lead full life cycle recruitment, including candidate screening, interviews, and offer extensions

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field preferred; or equivalent professional experience
• Minimum of 1+ years of full life cycle recruiting experience required; 3+ years preferred
• Experience recruiting in a high-volume, fast-paced corporate or agency environment
• Experience using an Applicant Tracking System required; Workday or similar ATS experience preferred
• Demonstrated success using direct sourcing strategies to identify and engage passive talent
