Contract Recruiter

Job Summary

To support a growing team, the full-time contract Recruiter will manage full-cycle recruiting for technical and non-technical roles, focusing on Engineering, Sales, and Marketing functions while ensuring a positive candidate experience in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and align on recruiting strategies
• Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates through various channels
• Coordinate interviews and manage the candidate experience throughout the hiring process

Required qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in Human Resources functions with full-cycle recruiting for both technical and non-technical roles
• Experience with applicant tracking systems, preferably Workday
• Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment
• Successful track record of collaborating with hiring managers on timelines and process expectations
• Experience in coordinating interviews across multiple stakeholders and time zones
