Contract Recruiter

Job Summary

To support a growing team, the full-time contract Recruiter will deliver full cycle recruiting for technical and non-technical roles, focusing on Engineering, Sales, and Marketing functions, while working remotely and collaborating virtually with hiring managers and team members.

Key responsibilities:

• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and ensure alignment throughout the recruiting lifecycle
• Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates through various channels
• Manage candidate progression from requisition creation through hire, including onboarding and compliance activities

Required qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in Human Resources functions with a focus on full-cycle recruiting for both technical and non-technical roles
• Experience with applicant tracking systems, preferably Workday
• Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment
• Successful track record of coordinating interviews across multiple stakeholders and time zones
• Experience sourcing candidates for hard-to-fill roles using LinkedIn or similar tools
