Contract Recruiter
Job Summary
To support a growing People Team, the full-time Contract Recruiter will manage the full recruitment life cycle, develop sourcing strategies, and partner with hiring managers in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the full recruitment life cycle, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer management
- Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to build talent pipelines for various roles
- Act as a strategic talent consultant to hiring managers, aligning on role requirements and search strategies
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of full life cycle recruiting experience, preferably in an in-house environment
- Demonstrated ability to design and execute sourcing strategies across multiple functions
- Hands-on experience with Ashby ATS and Workday HRIS
- Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and the Google Suite of products
- Proven track record of managing multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment
