Job Summary

To support the scaling of the Go-To-Market organization, the full-time Contract Recruiter will manage the full-cycle recruitment process for various roles across North America, ensuring a positive candidate experience in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for GTM roles, including sourcing and closing candidates across multiple regions
• Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and develop hiring strategies for each role
• Enhance the candidate experience from initial outreach through to offer acceptance, ensuring candidates feel respected and informed

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, with at least 3+ years in a high-growth tech startup environment
• Proven experience recruiting for GTM roles in a B2B SaaS company
• Hands-on recruiting experience across North America with an understanding of regional hiring nuances
• Strong comfort with ATS systems and data-driven recruiting practices
• General knowledge of People Operations, including onboarding and process improvements
