Contract Recruiter

Job Summary

Partnering with hiring managers, the full-time Contract Recruiter will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to offer negotiation and onboarding support in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for exempt and non-exempt positions across multiple manufacturing sites
• Source qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking
• Coordinate interview scheduling and facilitate communication between candidates and hiring teams

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree required
• 5+ years of full cycle recruitment experience, preferably in production, operations, maintenance, and light industrial
• Experience with applicant tracking systems, preferably Workday
• Proficiency in sourcing passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other tools
• Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and interviewing techniques
