Job Summary

A company is looking for a Contract Recruiter for a Contact Center role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a full-cycle recruiting requisition load of 15+ positions concurrently, focusing on call center agents
• Collaborate with hiring managers to assess staffing needs and formulate recruitment strategies
• Facilitate candidate selection and interview process to deliver a superior hiring experience

Required Qualifications:

• 1+ years of high volume and/or professional recruiting experience
• Applicant Tracking System experience and knowledge of Microsoft Office programs preferred
• Familiarity with using LinkedIn Recruiter for passive sourcing and outreach preferred
• Extensive background in high-volume, full-cycle recruiting, both in-house and within an agency setting
• Proficiency in extending and negotiating non-exempt offers
